‘Tell Them’ - EP Recording

On the 17th and 18th of July, Duo Amaris (Julia Spies and I) will be recording 30 minutes from our programme of folksongs. We have spent the last year refining, rehearsing and performing this programme, so we can’t wait to share some of it with you soon.

 We are particularly excited that the world premiere recording of the song cycle ‘Tell Them’, written by Joaó Luiz for us, will be included.

Also on the programme will be my arrangements of Brahms, Bartok and Lorca. I am particularly proud of these, because almost all of the songs have never been arranged for guitar before.
